lovelettes

i wanted mama to taste the lovely cake,

so with the rest of the frosting and pistachio butter,

i made little un-persian lovelette cupcakes,

to bring to vienna with me!

this time, i used a wholemeal spelt flour, and fructose-sugar for the cardamom-pistachio cake,

and it was even more delicious, as the top of the cake caved a little creating a moist texture.

this little cave was filled in with a dolop of creamy pistachio butter,and then topped with a thin layer of rosewater frosting, crushed pistachios rolled in cardamom, and a dried rose!
